Amaron Residential Real Estate Fund
The Amaron Residential Real Estate Fund is a Swedish alternative investment fund, AIF. The fund will build the core of its investments within the residential real estate sector. Our fund invests exclusively in completed, cash-flow–generating properties. We target high-quality residential buildings with green credentials. Our long-term management approach emphasizes cost-efficient, value-enhancing property operations, ensuring sustainable returns and a durable income stream for our investors.
Focusing on growth regions in Stockholm and Uppsala down to southern Sweden, we concentrate on markets with a structural shortage of rental apartments, excellent transport links, proximity to city centres, and local services.
