    Björn Möller

    Business Development Manager, Partner

    Björn has been engaged in the financial industry for the last 30 years, primarily within the Private Banking and Real Estate business. Björn has held various senior management positions such as deputy CEO at Burenstam & Partners (Formue), Head of Foundations Sweden and Head of Family Office at SEB, Stockholm.

    Anna Valente

    Coordinator

    Anna has +25 years experience from the financial sector. She most recently came from Ålandsbanken Private Banking as a service advisor. Over the years, Anna’s focus areas have been in customer advice and administration. Anna has experience from both banking through Sparbanken Syd and Sparbanken Skåne, and the insurance industry from Söderberg & Partners and Max Matthiesen.

    More than 30 years of experience from the financial sector. Former managing director and board member of various Swedish and international securities institutes and fund companies. SwedSec specialist/management and control functions/advisor, IFU, Certified Risk Manager and Cloud Officer.

    Fredrik Edner

    Business Development Stockholm

    Fredrik has 25+ years of investment banking experience in the European and North American markets, including 10+ years in the Swedish real estate market. He previously served as Head of Financing at Angermann Sweden and Head of Corporate Finance at Arctic Securities Sweden, and held various positions at RBS, Barclays Capital, Credit Suisse, and the Chase Manhattan Bank. Fredrik earned an MBA from the Stern School of Business at New York University.

    Stefan was one of the founders of Norama Real Estate Fund S.C.A., SICAV-SIF. He has 20+ years of experience in private equity and 30+ years in the financial sector. Former managing director and partner of Auda International and before that various management positions with SEB/Enskilda and Unibank/Nordea. Master of Science in Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in Behavioural Science at Lund University.

    Martin Mildner

    Portfolio Manager, Board Director, Partner, Head of Investment Team

    Currently Portfolio Manager of Amaron Fund Management AB. Martin was Portfolio Manager and one of the founders of Norama Real Estate Fund S.C.A., SICAV-SIF. He has 20+ years of experience in the real estate sector. He’s a former managing director for Fastighets AB Runstenen and AB Albert Karl. Board member of Mildner Family office. Board member Handelsbanken Lund, IFU Education, Institute for Global Insurance Education (SHF) in Stockholm.

Previously founder and CEO of SHH Bostad AB (as of 2022 Birger Bostad AB), supervisory board member at CorpNordic Holding A/S, residential real estate investor in Germany, deputy CEO at Catella Property AB with responsibility for Business Development in continental Europe and UK, as well as chairman of the board in various Catella units in continental Europe and UK.
